Personal branding was a featured topic at the recent rva/tech/women conference and Durham Strategy + Consulting was fortunate enough to have been asked to manage and moderate a panel discussion as well as offer thoughts to the capacity crowd at this annual event.
We took over the main stage to discuss the importance of personal brand to your professional success and/or aspiration. Through the course of the 90 minute conversation we highlighted the importance of having a strategy for yourself, why authenticity is important and how you can stay true to your personal beliefs in today's volatile social and political climate without compromising your professional position or potential. And, we still had time for some amazing questions from the audience!
